The new Herding® FLEXPRO Filter System combines proven Sinter-Plate Filter technology with an intelligent system architecture and modular design. Herding® PRO – The New Filter Element

The new Herding® PRO filter element is a key innovation within the FLEXPRO. It combines outstanding separation efficiency with maximum energy efficiency and, thanks to optimized filter geometry and an innovative coating concept, reduces differential pressure. Advanced manufacturing concepts enable up to a 25% lower CO2 footprint.
Herding® PRO is PFAS-free, temperature-resistant up to 70 °C, food-grade, and highly resistant to chemicals. The unibody design made from a single material allows for a closed-loop process and is therefore recyclable, reprocessable, and reusable. Precisely engineered for the new generation of systems, the filter element is already proving its effectiveness across product lines in practice.
