Filter systems are used to separate dust from the gas phase – this simple sentence turns out to be an interesting task in practice and the entire chain of „value creation“ must be considered. Thus, for a dust-generating or dust-releasing process, the operator must evaluate a risk assessment for dust collection, for dust transport through the pipe and for the filter system.
