Our Code of Conduct – Responsibility We Live By
Integrity, responsibility, and sustainable business practices are at the core of everything we do. Our Code of Conduct applies to all employees and serves as the foundation for respectful, fair, and transparent interaction – both within our company and with our business partners.
We strictly reject corruption and discrimination and actively promote environmental and social responsibility. By building trust, making responsible decisions, and continuously developing our compliance and sustainability initiatives, we ensure ethical business conduct at all levels.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct of Herding GmbH Filtertechnik specifies our company’s guiding principles for our predominantly regional and international supplier network. It defines binding requirements and expectations regarding integrity and ethical business conduct, human rights, environmental and social standards, and sustainable cooperation.
It forms the basis for responsible, long-term partnerships throughout our entire value chain. We expect all suppliers to commit to and comply with these principles.
