Design and development
The first step – from the idea to production release
Do you have dust, solids or particles that need to be separated or filtered? No problem. With a needs analysis, consultation, customer-specific design and planning, we guarantee to find a suitable solution for you – a Herding filter system based on a comprehensive modular system, tailored precisely to your needs – always with the advantage of pure surface filtration.
If no suitable technology is currently available, our Business Development team will be happy to look for possible solutions for you.
Production and delivery
Once the individual concept has been finalized, our experienced project managers take care of you and your order. Close cooperation with the construction team and installation staff will begin at this stage. This ensures that there are no surprises later during installation and commissioning. It goes without saying that you are part of this process.
Transportation and delivery are also coordinated worldwide from Amberg and the best solution is found for your individual case. This can include everything from Ex Works agreements to worldwide consignment warehouses.

We will be happy to install and commission your filter system for you. If piping work or additional installations are required, we will also be happy to do this for you. Full installation and commissioning include instruction, training and support in fulfilling your operator obligations. Our service for you – complete filter systems from a single source. Your Herding filter system is characterized by its special robustness and process stability! Nevertheless, even the best technology requires regular maintenance in order to maintain system availability, occupational safety, function and efficiency. The legal requirements (operational safety regulations and directives) must also be complied with and verifiably documented over the course of a system’s life. We would like to support you in this.

Filter regeneration
Longer life through innovative renewal
Quick filter replacement with minimal production downtime and sustainable service. Herding filter media are characterized by their exceptional durability. Our unique regeneration process significantly extends the service life and helps to conserve valuable resources.
The Herding Regeneration Concept ensures fast and efficient filter element replacement, allowing
production to continue with virtually no interruption. Regenerated replacement elements are ready for immediate use after installation. Depending on the Water Hazard Class (WHC), removed filter elements must be cleaned either by the customer before return or, upon request, by Herding (only for WHC 1). Herding provides precise instructions for the required pre-cleaning. Returned filter elements must be sent back within 15 days. Regenerated filters are automatically supplied with a Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) self-declaration, documenting their sustainable contribution to resource conservation.
